@majortankzTF2 yeah. it works really well to drive away moisture and keep things from shorting. There was a guy who did a demonstration where he submerged a lighted lightbulb with WD40 sprayed on the connections and it didn't even skip a beat after a POWERED LIGHTED LIGHTBULB was completely submerged in water. THAT is pretty dang cool.
Test WD40 vs DUCK OIL. WD40 loses badly because the oil that it leaves behind only lasts about a month because it is such poor quality oil. Duck oil lasts for ten times longer. The reason WD40 sells much is because of their far superior skills in marketing and advertising to the public. Maybe it does have 2000 uses but at the end of the day it is a water displacement product and there are products that can do what WD40 does but with much better long term results...
@SuperMangn HOw many ducks do you have to squeeze to get 12 oz. anyway you say there are many other products out there that are better but you fail to name a few. would you be kind a tell us what they are and where to one can find them.
It removes chewing gum, it's great for bringing plastic bumpers back to their original colour without leaving a horrible layer (like "back to black") It removes tar spots, it's just a great product although there's one thing it just won't free-up : my brother-in-law's wallet, that sucker won't open for anything.
The smart straw should never had been invented. The stuff comes gushing out and is hard to control. I would bet ANY amount of money that more eye injuries have occured because of this.
you guys need to do the smart straw design on the little cans... I like the design but most of the time I don't have space to carry the big can and I always lose the straws on the little cans...
Another use i discovered is that wd40 helps with night vision. Spray a little in ur eyes at night and see what happens. It might sting a little at first but it does work.
Another use for wd40 is the amplification of night vision. It sounds weird but spray a little in ur eyes, it stings at first but you will be amazed how much better u can see when its dark.
My grandfather used to spray WD-40 on his feet, to help alleviate the stiffness and soreness, because he walked very frequently. He died at the age of 85 in 1995.
ile have to check it out next time ime there i jsut buy it by the gallon thoe now that they have that it would be cool to get but stil have the spraybottle
comparedtowhat it used to be, WD40 is piss water. use to be one of the best out there.

I don't like the smart straw. you can't spray just a touch by pressing it only a bit. Too much comes out.
