case you all need to do better on making your caselh module picker pack the cotton better, because that module look like half packed crap. im sorry but its the truth. i have to give you credit it doing it part in turning the cotton into a module but not a good packed one. so a little advice go back to the drawing boards a find out how could u make that better than what it is.

ok ive read thru this and every1 thinks that the deere is faster, but they havent taken into the factor that the deere has to unload more often and if you looked there was a case guy that was helping the owner of it. bet if any of yall got put into it youd be slow unloading it too until u got the hang of it, that goes same with the deere there kinda slow at first its just that learning curve in the end theyre both good harvesters strippers watever u wann call them
Faster is always better if quality is there, most gins pay for 1/2 the wrap not charge for disposal, and a module truck does pick them up if u put 4 end to end, so while your driving to the end, dumping your poorly packed pile of cotton on the ground, tarping and picking up cotton that has blown everywhere, ill have picked 1/2 the field for you cause you still have to drive back through the field where you pulled out. I personally would rather move round bales from my ac cab with radio
10 4 international harvester had a quality tractor im a deere man but i liked the old internationals case nh sucks there equipment is all plastic and wires
the 2 minutes(plus)it took this case to unload, the Deere would be picking and the Deere wraps the cotton to protect it from elements. The Deere can pick cotton faster to, the round bales of cotton that is made can be moved with a bale spear of something but THIS way you have to pick it up with a loader which will take longer and more cost, which is a big factor now at it is 4.50 or so a gal.
@jdeerem you just lost money having a tractor at the field to load round bails on a trailer "time consuming" and loosing money if you have to haul the bails to the gin "if the gin can handle round bails" because the module truck cant pick up round bails. then the gin may even charge for gettiing rid of that pretty wrap on the cotton. and any experienced farmer will tell you that faster is not always better during harvest of any crop
@heavyxpress3000 the faster i can get my cotton out of the field the better and module trucks haul round bales. and no they dont charge to get rid of the plastic. they like the round bales better which is why they are paying for half of that pretty wrap!!! do your homework before spouting off

the JD 7760 cotton picker is better cause you don't have left overs on the ground and you can haul the bales to the end of the row then drop them
