On DVD, the 3-D is incredible... especially when viewed in high-definition on a wide-screen HD television! Do things visually 'pop' out of the TV screen at you? Just watch the opening moments of the film to have that quetion answered...in particular, the trilobite sequence! Watch out for those antennae feelers! This is one of the better 3-D releases on DVD!!!

it does pop out of the screen but if you've been on the 3d rides in Disney World this has nothing on disney world....the 3d glasses from this movie do not work on the net but if you can get your hands on the hannah montana glasses those work on select youtube videos..its pretty cool

I saw this movie yesterday! It was kinda cheesy and they used every 3D trick in the book, but it was very entertaining! There were a couple of parts that made me jump! It's worth seeing in theaters though. You don't wanna see it on DVD. It's not gonna give the same effect. You gotta see it in theaters, but probably only once. I wouldn't see it again I don't think.

Wonder if they have an intermission where you rest your eyes and flip the glasses around, because they will give you a headache and leave your vision tinted for a while after a 2 hour movie. They did that with Spy-Kids 3-D, it helped.
