@jennylover456 MRSA is a disease (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) I had to do with the disease during an internship. Where the man suffers is never healthy. Antibiotics do not help or other means. Man has offered me to visit him, but I do not even trust the room. They're in there to find out from head to foot with protective clothing be dressed and be completely disinfected. Even on the feet. Everything goes out, what the room is all monitored

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Basically, most common antibiotics won't do ANYTHING but clear away the good bacteria that fight off viruses. I got MRSA from having an MRI in the hospital. I was diagnosed with a general staph infection and given common antibiotics, which caused a virus to take over my entire eye. MRSA sucks and is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS!!
You got MRSA from a non-invasive procedure... right.
20-25% of the population are MRSA positive (nose/groin), it is not "highly" contagious. Antibiotics dont cause you to get viral infections either. Stop scaremongoring stating retarded "facts"
@scallum Perhaps I misworded my original post. Did I forget to mention that MRSA is a known nosocomial (hospital-acquired) infection and that I had contrast dye INJECTED for the MRI? Yes, MRSA is a common bacteria in the body and usually does not affect us.
The normal flora in our body protects us from many of the viruses that are on surfaces we touch regularly. When that normal bacteria is cleared out by antibiotics, we are more prone to being affected by viruses that usually don't affect us.
i work in health care and have people i took care of and MRSA can be easy passed if a person were to get any bodily fluid somehow on their hands and without washing well touch something else and then someone else touchs that thing and can pich up the bacteria . since my specialty was seniors they would have us wear two paris of gloves when with those people because the people would scratch there privates or have cuts and what not . so it can be very dangerous
It's a real bad infection u get imagine like a really painful puss filled pimple that normally has to be drained at the hospital and can come back alot it was bad in our football locker room for a while for the showers and weight room so we had to constantly while down and disinfect every machine or bench we used and constantly had to use hand sanitized etc. Hope that helps ya understand it sucks
wen i was like 8 i had mrsa and right below my belly button my doctor shoved a needle in it then squeezed out all the nasty shit in it and had to put cream stuff on it fer like 2 weeks tht shit is dangerous!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...I'm soooo tired of people who continuously call Staph infections spider bites. I don't know if you've seen all the videos on here that refer to their staph infection as a spider bite but I'm doing all I can to spread the truth. People refuse to belive that they have "sores" and then wonder why we can't get MRSA and other community communicable diseases under control. Thank you:)
I had one on my arm and when I went to get it looked at my doctor misdiagnosed me as having folliculitis. I got a second opinion and was diagnosed with MRSA. I got it while my fiancee was in the hospital. Be very vigilant if you get a boil that resembles the one in the video. Go get it looked at, but DO NOT SQUEEZE IT! This will push the infection back into the body, where it can spread to the blood.

Personally the family is stupid for not going to the hospital in the first place. MRSA almost always looks pretty nasty so even if they stupidly confused it with a spiderbite.. you should probaly still go

MRSA sucks and is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS!!
ballroombaby13 1 year ago
@ballroombaby13
You got MRSA from a non-invasive procedure... right.
20-25% of the population are MRSA positive (nose/groin), it is not "highly" contagious. Antibiotics dont cause you to get viral infections either. Stop scaremongoring stating retarded "facts"
scallum 1 year ago

Thank you:)
thecybermom 1 year ago
I had one on my arm and when I went to get it looked at my doctor misdiagnosed me as having folliculitis. I got a second opinion and was diagnosed with MRSA. I got it while my fiancee was in the hospital. Be very vigilant if you get a boil that resembles the one in the video. Go get it looked at, but DO NOT SQUEEZE IT! This will push the infection back into the body, where it can spread to the blood.

it's very contagious. You can contract it and it will lie dormant in your system for years before manifesting itself.
