well played man. you definitely put your own twist on the song and made it work which is what covering tunes is all about. most people don't understand that concept but you've got it right. the capo on the 4th fret i think it is adds a different sound to the tune completely and the different counting structures and strum patterns you put in, not all of them fit great but it was something different. overall one of if not the best cover i have seen. 5/5 for sure.

Not to sound insulting, I think youre a great guitarist but I need to ask why you are using a capo for this tune? The tuning should be drop D with the the bottom b and e strings detuned to a and d respectively, unless you were intentionally changing the tuning. I will say this though, you can nail the hammer on and roll better than I can in the second 8-bar of the verse, I always miss the bottom string lol

I like to play a lot of songs with a capo, no reason aside from a personal preference. I guess I just have a thing for higher pitches. Wanted to personalize it just a tad.
