so u seem to really know what ur doing with this. so i've had this since i was a kid, and i just found it last night. i wanna know how do you listin to the songs that are listed, like the house of the rising sun for instince. i gt to listin to joy to the world bt i have no idea how i did it , so nw im back at square 1,... any help ??
Can any of the people with portasouds acutally play? I am not convinced by many of the vids, some are worse than me! Of course I would be quite good if I could replay the music I make up..............lol. Its too fast for me to remember which notes I played and if I slow it down I lose it...
@novalaw It's most likely a 250k, not sure. I'm in the habit of using whatever spare parts I have lying around from wiring guitars. You may also experiment with "normal" and "audio-taper" pots.
I've just come into ownership of the yamaha pss 50, it seems basiclly the same as urs all those awful demo choons included lol, I havent ever done a bend project b4 so can I ask u 4 a few tips?

What Ohm pot did you use in conjunction with the tone modification switch? I have a 100k pot that does very little.

a little similar to the PSS9 bend I just did.
Took me some time to find the bends on the Pss9
