  • I can't slide to save my life... I use the heal toe... but I think sliding would help me to be able to triple and quadruple beat better.

  • mannnn. thanks for taking the time to make the video for me(i think). you're a great person. hope God blesses you! were you using the front portion of your foot to do the doubles the whole time(some people call it toe) or was it a combination of heel and toe? i think i see one of my problems. my kick's slope is higher which probably causes it to take more time to get to the skin.

  • when i play it, sometimes the part that hits the skin springs back far enough to hit touch my legs when i play so maybe thats one of the reasons why i cant do doubles properly. i will begin doing this exercise. which i had a set at home.

  • Try moving ur leg back abit...and play "heel up"
