  • just found one of those lizards in france just it is a baby

    what do they eat

    thanks from caffrey1963

    i need to know quick

  • The wild charmander used bite

  • cool

  • recerunners or whiptails?

  • Pretty Gallotia :)

  • DAM THAS KOOL U GOTTA MAKE ANOTHA VID

  • is it eating cheese

  • are u feedinf them bannanas cuz i caught i lizard that was crippled and am tryin to feed it. wat do they eat???

  • What are you feeding it?

  • Sorry but this is not Podarcis !!!

If this is filmed an Tenerife it must be Gallotia galloti galloti ( South and central Tenerife) There is a more colourful Spezies in the north of this Iland named Gallotia galloti eisentrauti

  • Wheres this at

  • Looks Like podarcis murralis ^^

  • what lizard is that skink

  • how long did it take for them to come on your hand?and is that really bannana?

  • The guide had a whistle to attract them and they just came out instantly and were greedy to eat. It is banana yes.

  • what kind of lizards r they? Are they blue tale skunks

  • These are whiptail lizards, relatives of the familiar tegus. These arent mammals and have built-in survival skills. They will do fine without him. These lizards seldom live past 2 years anyway. Do some research before you talk.

  • I'm curious.. what lizard are they? Looks like skinks to me, but then again, I don't know ^^;;

  • podarcis murralis - wall lizards

get them here in england belive it or not, but they are native to france I think,.

  • thats amazing! i visited death valley and there were a ton of lizards like those and they would flee at the sight of movement. you mustve been there a while waiting!! my bearded dragon likes banana a little bit.

  • The guide that trained them comes by there a couple of days a week and trained them over a long period of time. He'd do a special whistle and they'd know we were there, hurrying towards the feeding grounds. They are jumpy when you're close though.

  • The reason why so many animals are threatened in the world is because of others 'entertainment' and human involvement. The guide 'trains' them so he can pinch your cash. Long after this person has left with your cash the Lacertidae die as they become dependent on humans. As long as you have a good time though ey?

  • We already payed without any mentioning of feeding lizards or advertising of special experiences, so as a money pinching trick it just doesn't work.

The guide showed, and taught, great respect for the natural environment that we were passing through.

I don't believe for a second that those lizards depend on snacktime twice a week for their survival.

I think you're jumping to conclusions too early; not all animal-human interaction is bad for the animals, it can be beneficial for both parties.

  • @leeloks =o

  • if i were a lizard i probably bite your hand just because i could lol jk kool vid tho!

  • What are they eating?

  • They're eating banana

  • I just farted

  • god! i can smell that!

  • Gallotia galloti ("lagarto tizón" is the spanish popular name) typical from the western islands of the Canaries, most of they female members and one male that appear from the right around the 10 second of the vídeo, wich have several blue portions.

  • Ive walked that gorge from the top down to the sea.

    It was HARD!

  • whut kind of lizards are those?
