  • it's not that. It's the pitch of the people doing the dubbing. I always feel like that when i watch anything dubbed in spanish too. They're really faggy voices for some reason.

  • The dubber is actually doing that voice just because it fits with the character, probably if you hear him with his real voice you won't even recognize him, Italian dubbers are famous all over the world for their skills in changing their voices, many hollywood actors and actress wished to meet their dubber because they liked how their voices sounds.

    BTW that's not a normal conversation in italian.
