Jason Bay, for all that he may bring to the table, is not the guy that will turn around the Mets' fortune.
It was a nice pickup for New York, but, he is not nearly enough of an impact player to drastically improve their fortumes.

Also, the ChiSox are a bit better than the Tigers IMO. Tigers lineup will be worse than last year, while the ChiSox have a better pitching staff (and one of the best rotations in MLB).

Not that high on the Angels. Not only has the AL West as a whole gotten better, but the Angels have lost quite a few key players over the years, and their rotation isn't what it used to be. Mariners are 2nd, possibly 1st IMO. Their lineup is alright, but they need a big bat. Griffey at DH isn't going to cut it.

The cardinals will win the central. By the way, why the hell would you make predictions for next year when this was posted during the regular season. You don't even know yet what teams have done during the offseason.

Ha, I am actually not even a Yankees fan, I am a mets fan, and I know, they are horrible. I have no predictions for 2010 because they are going to suck balls again. Hopefully, when Cliff Lee becomes a free agent we get him. As for Tampa, I've heard about Wade Davis and he's suppose to be really good. As for Akinori, they have Ben Zobrist now and he was surprisingly good. I think this is Tampa's last year to get it done because Pena and Crawford will be F.A. after this upcoming season.

Yeah they are, there's no doubt about it. I like the moves they made so far. I guess I shouldn't say that the Yanks will be kings of the AL east because I think Boston will compete year in and year out. It's not going to be like the past where the Yanks ran away with that division every single year. Boston does have Fenway Park to lure in players and I think that does influence free agents to come play for them, some what.
