When someone points out they're "White and American," and engages in slurs with other houseguests, even telling one who is of interracial descent (Japanese & African-American) to "go back to Mexico," it becomes difficult for me to miss the implications of those remarks.

Chima spoke the truth so that is not despicable. And Braden did not regret what he said but regretted that he came off looking the way that he did. He only apologized to Kevin after Casey told him to do it to stay in the house. He even tried to justify it. I'd go with a blunt form of the truth over unapologetic bigotry any day.

Chima was a classless coward. She didn't tell the truth, she tried to get people to vote against Braden, rather than FOR her. Two very different things.
How did she NOT tell the truth? In BB, you vote against someone. You only vote FOR someone when you are on the jury. Is this your first season watching? Don't you have the feeds?
Actually, Chima (who survived an attack from a serial rapist & murderer) did tell the truth: as has recently come to light, CBS edited both Braden's racist rhetoric, as well as Chima's pre-vote speech, which in turn reveals a credibility problem for CBS.
After all, during a "live eviction" period, how did they know to completely bleep out Chima's speech?
As for Braden's alleged apology, listen to his post-game interviews. He's not sorry for what he said!
When I was watching that speech and it was censored, I immediately went online to see what they were trying to hide from us.
It's no secret that the show is manipulated to get the right reactions from the HGs when they are doing competitions. Braden also referred to Julie Chen as a 'ho', and she's married to the top guy at CBS, so his butt was probably toast anyway.
He looks much different than he did in the house... Bloated and swollen.
