For some reason when I set a package on the scale and wait, there is never a beep and it doesn't hold the weight. The only time I can get it to hold is after the package is on there then I push the hold button and it holds. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
The zero button is used to "zero out" the scale. Pressing the zero button returns the scale to zero weight. So if you're weighing the contents of a box but not the box itself you put the box on the scale, zero it out then add the contents.

@b18cyacrxs Try the function settings video for the SPS, it will show you how to set the hold feature to be on.
