So my friend C5Boozer finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over 8 inches taller! What he followed the training workout over at (50-inch-vertical[dot]com) and increased over 14 inches in his vertical leap!
@C5Boozer ha, true. well, they're cousins, and they do have similar build (back then). so, i agree that it fits. but funny, still, when I was first watching this.
