  • seen oar live like 5 times

  • classy cover..its my fav one they do

  • Nice cover!! A great homage, that's still in the jam band vein. Thanks for sharing.

  • What's a mets?

  • TF IS THIS ?!?!

  • ***** I do not own this song all the credit goes to O.A.R. & Robert Randolph*****

All the credit goes to Led Zeppelin, buddy!!!!

  • damn the piano sent chills down my back during the extended jam sesh. OAR is fucking beast

  • /watch?v=gDutTT-zOJQ

  • who cares which version is better. If you enjoy the Led Zeppelin version so much go listen to that until your ears bleed, not this

  • anybody who can't appreciate this doesn't know what it means to be a fan of music. Obviously the additions were felt emotionally by the instrumentalists. Fuck your face if you are a hater. Go to hell or get on stage and make a difference you losers

  • theres to much stuff that is not needed in this cover. TOO MUCH SHIT!!!!

  • Eww, a Mets jersey?

  • they played this when i saw;l them//////was a fucking awesome aura going around

  • A guy i like LOVES this band so I'm listening to them now, just because I want to LOVE IT TOO!

  • Bah, the drum part is NEVER played right in cover songs! Not a bad cover I suppose though.

  • Not near Led Zeppelin, but still cool

  • They officially killed it. Bastards

  • Marksacbast. There is no bass in fool in the rain

  • Wow they fucked it up pretty bad.

  • @marcsacbast. There isn't even bass in fool in the rain. I give this no stars they killed a great piece of Zeppelin

  • @doltinator1398 There's definitely a bass in the original Fool In the Rain. don't be a dumbfuck.

  • k thanks

  • @714Danny1 a very talented group of musicians check them out they jam

  • @714Danny1 try google you ignorant fuck

  • Eh. OAR...

  • this is ridiculous because I would never ever THINK to compare O.A.R. to Led Zep.. and don't take me wrong, I FOLLOW O.A.R. around.. but Led Zep is timeless... I won't even lie on this.. O.A.R. equals Led Zep on this.. can't believe that I just posted this..

  • I Love Led Zeppelin almost as much as I love Jesus and Big Bird, but they never had one outtake of this song discovered, i think it was too difficult of a song to perform live adequately with the tech availiable at the time. Anyway, this or Umphrey's McGee's version is about the closest you'll get to busting a nut to an authentic live version of FOTR, this is about as close as it gets.

  • @evolutionOrevolution the reason they never played it live is because it required John Paul Jones to play piano and that left nobody to play bass

  • @MarkSacBust Wow I didn't know that! I always wondered why they never performed it! Thanks for this little bit of information. :)

  • @MarkSacBust They played Kashmir live all the time and John Paul plays just keys on that

  • @markusjj85 In fool in the rain he played a piano, in Kashmir he played an organ which means he is still able to have the bass sound through the organ

  • @MarkSacBust I was thinking - I don't think Zep toured after In Through the Out Door, did they? It was less than a year later that Bonham died - so I would bet that is more of the reason than them not being able to figure out a way to play it...

  • @IskyW No, Bonham died a few weeks before the tour was set to begin

  • @evolutionOrevolution Check out the version performed by "Furthur" (some ex-Dead members with friends) - that they performed April Fools 2011... pretty good too

  • love <3

  • I know led's version will always be better, but this is really impressive.

  • finally!!!!!!! good quality song....thank you

  • very tasty...thanks

  • YES AWESOME!!
