its not really live,

i mean i believe the vocals for the most part are legit but the album track is played at the same time. meaning they were playing along to their own track.

therefore a lot imperfections are masked by the original. for example @ 2:53 the drummer's stick slips but you can still hear the rapid smacking of the closed hi-hat. then after he quickly pulls out a new stick you can then hear his closed hi-hat overlap with the album track

Guys, it's not uncommon for bands to dub tracks recorded later in a studio over these kinds of "live" performances. They polish them up after the fact by double-tracking, etc. You can just tell by the mixing in these perfomances and it's not just them. Many bands do it, the most notorious being bands like Blink 182 and Angels and Airwaves.
