  • Frequently Asked Questions about CCSVI in Bulgaria ccsvibg.com

  • @CCSVIBG i think it is

  • One has to wonder about the causes of CCSVI, is it not unlike the causes of coronary heart disease, ie related to lifestyle in which a person consumes a high cholesterol(animal fat) diet, or a genetic predisposition to venous narrowing or collapse of the vein walls.

  • It's early days and they don't know the long term effects. 5 years on, maybe the veins will re-narrow but I agree with Stacy, if it could relieve my symptoms and slow progression for a year or 18 months, surely the improvement in quality of life for this period is worth it.? A Dr from Belfast had the procedure done again 3 years after renarrowing recurred but he had 3 yrs of quality life and improvements resumed after 2nd procedure. Maybe not "the cure" but maybe an effective regular treatment?

  • @Del1957z only or might not stop your symptoms donts stop the progression of your ms the treatment might be safe but its not a cure .and it cost to much when people dont have insurance and medicare doe not pay for it

  • who cares long or short term, its a minimally evasive procedure...I'd take 1 year of no MS symptoms
