@sewarforlife Actually, it is highly useful. It is quicker and more mobile than a foot soldier with a MANPADS, or Antitank launcher. It also has four tubes, as opposed to the one carried by a soldier. The ROWS allow the operator to remain in cover, which is a major problem with the British Starstreak missile system. The operator has to keep tracking the target until the missile hits, which means exposing himself to enemy fire. Tubes on a truck also allow for a greater caliber of missiles.
