They experiment as much as they can and this is something that most bands dont do at all..They've experimented enough to get to a stage (now for example) that is way better than before.. they have their own style now and follow their own thoughts and steps.. Which will make them go way better in future!!! btw i freaking love this band!!

It never gets old watching idiots who cannot accept the fact that bands change over time get nostalgic, however. Their comments like

"I wish The Kovenant would go back to their old style" and, "The Kovenant sucks now because their music is different" are falling upon deaf ears. Even if The Kovenant stayed the same, they would eventually get tired of the same thing each album. I don't know how they feel, but I know I wouldn't want to buy the same album over and over.

I have followed kovenant from the begining and even though it took me a fe months to get used to SETI when I finally "got it" it was the best album ever. (atleast for a month or so).

It is this "evolution" that make them far better (for me) then any other band in my book.

It was their sort of "crossing over to Industrial from Black Metal" album. Previous albums were primarily Black Metal, Animatronic was a noticeable combination of Industrial and Black Metal, and SETI is Industrial.
