TP 5: Mew2king [Marth] vs HugS [Samus] 1

I'm a Marth main and I absolutely struggle with this MU.

Samus players quickly recognize I'm not an aggressive or technically sound Marth and promptly camp me to the point I get annoyed enough to try and force an approach and get the shit punished out of me. I do much much better against aggressive spacie mains and will just try to approach every time.

I love the parts where M2K simply just spaces perfectly all of Samus' tilts and spaces the Fair to counter any Screw Attack attempt. As a Samus main I recognize the hurdle that one has to overcome against a technically sound Marth with a priority stick.

Also notice how M2K doesn't abuse Forward Smash, as it's really the only move Samus can directly counter. Tilts Rape.

@WeimdogX well i meant like he never panics, and he doesn't try to challenge any of hugs's tilts or jabs. he waits and does a dair out of shield a few times, and even dodges, DIs the jab up, and fairs out. but the vast majority of smashers who tried to just sit in their shield against hugs would get punished for it pretty badly.
