I Have a trivia question the most of ur model fan don't know. Back in the days when u bought a model it came with free glue with all kit. The reason not now cause parent where finding car model in the box open but not built. The kids all over U.S.A where sniffing the glue to get high. They complain and that is why now u need to buy ur own. The glue were stronger than now. Today u have is junk. I once stuck my finger together and my dad had to help me to separated them.. lol I LOVE THE 80
LMAO..U kill me with the glasses. I used to built model as a kid. I love it. now 45 i got back into it cause i gotten hurt at work and was bored. I'm was glad to see that ur a old head like me.. I'm not as good as you but i'm learning. Jimmy the reason I laugh was i notice I couldn't see the number on the manual. especially that lindberg Comp. . Revell manual is a lot better. I notice i have gotten blind ,Old age crap. I went to the Rite aid and bought me some reading glasses. VIEJO PERO PALANTE
@fastjimmy71, have you ever used sewing thread to cut up your models? I had found a vid on here showing that, I used that method, using sewing thread to cut up your models is A LOT easier, and faster, sewing thread will cut a lot smaller lines within minutes.
@evil2392 first of all you will need speaker wires, a soldering iron a switch and two watch batteries. Take your soldering iron and burn a hole in the main headlight and make sure that the hole is big enough to make an led light fit do this in all the light buckets that came with the kit. Then wire the whole thing up and you're done!
Great video Jimmy learned a lot always wanted to know how that was done and you have answered that for me. Thanks and "peace chicken grease" to you. You have me saying that during the day and my wife still looks at me funny.
Awesome tip bro on chopping off the top. Your tip just helped me find an easier way to make convertibles. I never thought of scoring the roof, but it's true, it makes for a cleaner cut. What I did to my merc the other day I almost murdered it...lol!! I do it the hard way usually, cutting off the roof with clippers then sand the edges even afterwards. Now I know. Keep up the awesome work, peace!!!
whats up fastjimmy71... im still trying to figur out how to put word intros on my videos, can you give me ideas on that? thanx ,, catch u on the rebound..
Great how-to vid! You are totally on fire, man. Loved it. I think that van body is going to turn out sweet. It's a great canvas for some multi-colored paint job.
im 15, all i did was chop the top off, and cut about a centemeter off, and just glued it with super glue lol(:
