Congrats on the loss!! (from one of ur sideline cheerleaders) I have lost about 4 lbs since last saturday by decreasing caloric intake and doing at least 30mins of cardio 3 days last week. Definitely can't handle what u guys are doing but these small changes are working 4 me. Good job all, Keep It Up!!

When I make smoothies I put a handful of blueberries, even thou I don't like them. but they are a super food. Oh those cakes looked soooooo good! I am addicted to sugar so I don't bring anything I'm not suppose to eat in the house. Hey that's really great, & pounds already! Whoot Whoot! lol
