There is no "Desktop Pivot" , He took screen shots of his desktop and put it into the background of his pivot animation. And no, It most certainly will not ruin or "hack" your computer. Unless you download it from an invalid site.

On the keyboard of you pc that says prt sc or something like that, press it (it may be hard to find). If you have nothing opened and you are at you desktop, go to paint. Right click and paste. You should get a desktop looking picture in you paint. Thats when you save it. Go to a new pivot and click (in this order)

1. File

2. Loadbackground Type

3. Find that paint that you saved with the desktop

4. Make an awesome pivot

when you save, underneath the "name" bit, click on it and select JPG image and use windows movie makerk to do the rest.
