This is the way Naam Simran should be, peaceful & soothing unlike the AKJ style that is aggressive, rude(with all the howling & yelling going on) & hyper. This is just my opinion. Everyone has their own ways of doing simran but i think, in my opinion that simran should be done peacefully. Even our Bani says that God is not found through loudness, you can find God by meditating peacefully.
