Dont forget that my texan has stock motor with gearbox will it handlaunch?i have a me 109 from tian sheng and it wont hand launch it jsut goes strait a bit and hten drops as if it is underpowered :( any suggestions?
@lunchboxer89 In this video the Messer also has stock setup and all my Corsair vids are with original setup aswell. So yes, it should handlaunch without any problems. I do use a 11.1V 1000mAh 10C lipo now on these Lanyu planes. It gives some extra power and flight-times up to 8mins (depending on style of flying) Hope it works out allright!
@lunchboxer89 Check out my AT 6 Video. Just give full throttle and launch against the wind. It should climb up fast enough for you to be safe to trim it. Have fun
is this a good plane to start on im a experienced 3ch flyer and i want a warbird now 4ch is this for me and will it withstand the few hard crashes thanks
This is a great 4ch plane and takes a crash like a champ. Watch my Corsiar vid. It's the same brand (Lanyu) as the Messer and it's still flying superb. Get used to this plane with the stock setup then later convert it to brushless. Great plane for under a 100 euro/dollar!
my spitfire could slice through that wind like knife through butter. parkzone psitfire very good agains the wind, stands up to it very well. shame the wings broken, will fix and fly tmorow!
I would really like a parkzone spitfire or the new messerschmitt but shipping to Belgium is 1/3 cost of the plane. Got a art-tech Eurofighter and Delta twin 5300 kv brushless wing ready and made the AT-6 from Lanyu models brushless. Video's coming up when the weather clears and the gras grows! Happy holidays mate!
well ive fixed my wings up beautifully, well njot beautiful, but its still flys like what it used to, trimmed it up to go dead straight, just need to fix up the paintwork. i was offered one of these tw 109 for 100 RTF, i think i might buy it and do a brushless conversion.
I did the same with my Texan *LOL* I used the bottom of a big drinking cup and red electrical tape to make a new cowl. Looks perfect in the sky again. Getting the Texan ready for brushless now. Video's coming up. Thanks for comment and friend request!
how do you control it? I dont know how to control the speed or anything.....what are the controls for it?

If the model is equipped with the original brushed motor?
TheCommander1967 2 years ago
Yes it is. Nice power for these models. First try out brushed and then later put in brushless. nice models for a nice price. Good flying!
