Yes, if this was to be entered for a contest, there's a million people who can make a better AMV. For an introduction promo video for a panel, this video gets the job done. It's more important for the video to show off aspects of the anime instead of focusing on matching lyrics/beats/etc. They know who their audience was: people curious about what this show has to offer and people who've already watched the series and would cheer when they see certain scenes or characters in this introduction.
