Picked him up along with Blurr (awesome figure btw) tonight. Swindle was one of my favorite appearances in Animated, even as a guest character. Just an amazing portrayal of the character, got the salesman thing down perfect. Always loved how he had an almost..cute look to his appearance even, which shows a bit in the figure. I have to agree about the minor issues you have though, the chest thing is just disappointingly stupid that it won't stay pegged. Really like him though, character saved him

But basically 1) I kinda like Swindle, but you're totally right about the issues, and I'm glad your video hit all the points. 2) The joints are mine are uber tight though, he can hold his cannon up. But they're so tight they kinda "bounce back" into position after posing. 3) Cool new setup, makes things easy to see, and works especially well when you put the figure further back for more lighting.
as a person who was brought into Transformers during the G2 era i'm still utterly surprised that the left leg of a gestalt could be popular enough to get a stand alone toy. But alas Animated really does seem infamous for less then satisfactory production values...and until the day they make a transformer with an arm cannon that can actually and aim it properly without looking dumb
My solution is to leave that abdomen piece down and pretend it's his weapon drawer.
Fuck it, the damn thing is still utter shit.
