@cakelover89 Her sister Bianca got pregnant when Michael Cambias raped her. She kept the baby and didn't want anyone finding out. Kendall, Maggie, and David were the only ones that knew. But Ryan found a sonogram of the baby and to prevent him from finding out Kendall was all "I'm the one that's pregnant".

@brinpol Because she was jealous that everyone she cared about was protecting Kendall. To the people who didnt know she was faking for good reasons (including Greenlee) Kendall just looked like she was faking to get money. Greenlee thought all the people that she cared about were being duped so in her warped mind she was exposing Kendall to everyone she loved. But really she just ended up screwing everything up. She got pissed when she realized everyone knew.
