@Hertsman50 That's not true she used Chalean Extreme, that program is a total program that has you increasing the amount of weight you lift in 2 months, and if you don't know what lifting weights does, then that's why you think shes lying. It really increases your metabolism. Plus in Chalean extreme you also do cardio drills, so i would be educated before you say shit.
