Hi, I just wanted to say one big THANK YOU for the lovely exercises! I've been doing them for 2 weeks and I feel my saddlebags reducing, my butt getting a very nice shape and my legs becoming amazing :)
I dont think Ive lost any inches though, but recently I've been thinking that I I'll be more than happy to just have them toned and muscly : ) thank u again!
And as a side note - I've enchanced the fat burning by wrapping my legs with plastic bags, achieving the sauna effect - that way I had my love handles almost vanish :)
Thank you Debbie, I have been looking for a CLEAR and fairly easy move. I am a big girl, down 70 pounds on my own through diet change, but really needed to find an exercise for my BUM AND SADDLEBAGS! Hate that I can't seem to firm them up!! I hope this works!!

@MrMarrhead, she has a whole kaboodle of exercise DVDs, this is meant as an addition to those. For example, I am doing her Slim in 6 series, and am on Burn It Up. This video I will fit into my workout, to spice it up. :)
Thats totally not going to work, youd have to overdevelop the glute through the saddlebag. Better off just burning and eating right, spot training never works. Obviously you need some development but without cardio you'll be bagsaddled forever.
@bumbbles1 She's showing the basic movements and then it's up to those watching to do the movements the desired number of reps. I think the speed with which she's doing the movements is probably the rate at which they should be done.

@po4emu1... I'm thrilled to hear it. Just add some cardio before you do the exercises and some 1 min. sprints with jump rope, on treadmill or bike!
