Qur'an does have the answer for everything , only you need to be ready to accept its' explanation.
God has not made sufferings or cure as a clear outcome for his favour or wrath.
Thus a good man may suffer and a bad person may get favours in life but the end results are for those who are righteous in the hereafter .
Besides there are other non-apparent benefits of God's favour on believers which they get and feel comforted and satisfied
