We experienced a Phil Collins concert, I think at Dodger Stadium...back in the 90s, it was truly awesome. Love Phil, great showman and what a musician. Who is the backup singer in the yellow cutoff t-shirt, his voice is really beautiful. It sounds great with this song, but I'm sure he could melt hearts with a ballad.

he is normally claptons guy on bass yes. always. i saw him in Copenhagen with clapton in 04. i was on first row and he smiled to me. he looked at me 10 or so times doing the Insane clapton concert. shaking his head like saying " isnt he ( clapton) great." hahaa. phil is also a dear friend of clapton.phil is great!

Great song, but the video/concert is ruined by these over enthusiastic backup dancers. I mean, Phil Collins is the star here, not these minimum wage hacks.

And what's with the dude singing Phil Bailey's part dancing like he's seducing someone. Detracts from the experience for me.

They aren't minimum wage hacks. Collins needs talented singers like that to keep up with him and add to the show. Its particularly difficult on a Stage which is in the centre of the Venue cos something has to be going on at each end of it. Otherwise it'd would be somewhat boring at times.
