when u bunny hop when u lift ur front wheel up what do u do with ur feet to lift the bike into the air

The pedals should have some elevated parts to it, like spikes and they will grip your feet, I always lift the front up and sort of bend my feet forward like im almost trying to make my feet parallel to the pedals but not so they are parallel, you dont want your feet to be that much forward but somewhat forward, and then you push on your pedals kind of hard and try to get your feet to touch your butt and the back should come off with practice.
