@Philsmith133 : Yes, over the last 20 yrs, the 100m record gets broken by 0.02-0.03 every 5 yrs or so. Bolt broke it by 0.2 seconds...which means it could take 35-50 yrs for someone to match it.

To say that a particular race isn't as "good" at a certain sport because of the colour of their ethnicity is slightly racist. For example, tennis in the UK is a pretty elitist sport and is much more popular amongst the white middle class than it is with poorer afro-carribean people.
