Being from Jackson, TN I saw OLR many times back in the LapDog days. When they became OLR, they traveled more and local shows cut back a bit. I love Shinedown, and I like OLR. I liked LapDog a lot more. Once the band became OLR, it seems like they left behind a whole fan base they developed when they re-recorded songs like "Favorite Color" or there very popular local cover of "When Doves Cry" (which I rocked f*ing hard at the Legion.) Cris, take your voice and go back to the LapDog sound!

The song "Soon Forgotten" has a few verses that are the same but they're sung differently. Brent recorded this with OLR to help get them jumpstarted just like Shaun Morgan from Seether did with Art of Dying. Don't talk out of your ass and say it's fact.

Some of these lyrics are from a song they wrote YEARS AGO called "Soon Forgotten." The only way to get that song is to buy the Deluxe Version of Leave a Whisper. I absolutely love Shinedown.

Shinedown wrote this song five years ago, it was a demo but it did not make it on the CD. Zach knows that this song is out there and I'm sure Brent does too. Brent IS singing in this song, you can hear his voice. As far as I know..legally, they're album to use it. If not, Atlantic would make sure it's taken down
