i think all the actors done well in this movie..but we can't deny that the original actors done very very well, so we feel so unwilling when we saw another actors played these characters..especially in Yong Qi and Xiao Yen Zi..so we always compare them..but sorry to say, I won't see the whole story because the plot is so sad..

@TheSilverStep88 well u know y we compear them is because we grow to love them old ones in part n part 2. so thats why the new ones doesnt catchs us as much, n we feel nothing as much. but i truly belive that if the ones playing part 3 also play in part 1 n 2 then we will grow to love them as well. beside we miss them but we cant compear n complain about justs be glad they did their best in their parts. thats my opinion.

I'm rewatching all 3 series all over again. And I finding the crown prince become a REALLY JERK in the 3rd serie. He is saying "you are the only one in my heart." to Little-Swallow whole the time from part 1 to part 2. And so in part 3, after all they've been through, BANG, he suddenly get bored of her and his heart is shaken up by miss "i-can-everthing" from nowhere, huh?!?! I'm agree with the real princess saying that " If you weren't shoken up by her, you'll never let sex happend." JERK >,<

This one sucked. changed the main cast except for Er Kang, Qing Er, and the King's mother. I didn't like it. The main cast was way better. They had way better chemistry and was funnier. This was a tearjerker.

the character in the first and second one were more carefree and happy

in the third one they were jus to serious and kissed way more than neccessary

but they were all good

Yeah..it came out a few years after the first two...the main cast is different except for like 2 ppl. The story is about what happens after they are married...Its not as great as the original cast members but still overall pretty good. =)

i don't think they would have a fourth installment because all the problems and their stories have ended and they would be quite old lol i think any story line that fans would have liked have been done so there's really no point btw loved the whole three series i was totally drawn into it! =]

yeah, zhao wei (THE princess pearl) said she was getting a bit old (when she played series 1-2 she was way younger), and so did ruby lin. i like the orginal characters but these people aren't half bad......
