This is probably the best TF2 skin I've ever seen. The face has all the right expressions and the hand has paw pads. The heavy as a bear is perfect seeing as he is compared to a bear several times by Valve. I love how the RED Heavy is a Grizzly Bear and the BLU heavy is a Polar Bear.

Scout as Fox or Cheetah isn't a bad idea, but as heavy is compared to a bear Scout is compared to a bunny several times in game through domination lines so:

Scout: Rabbit

Soldier's appearance and posture always struck me as caveman-like, not to mention his Direct Hit Taunt so for me choice is definitely:

Soldier: Ape

I can't think of any non-cryptozoological animal more associated with Scotland so:

Demoman: Scottish Terrier

@CidTheNinja Spy is a tough one. Spy is likened to a snake in three different domination lines, but I'm not sure how well that could be made into a skin seeing as snakes have no arms. Scout calls him a rat once, but he needs more class than that, I'd pick weasel over rat myself. I like the idea of him being a feline due to their stealthy predatory nature, but I'd picture him as having more class than that, so maybe an expensive cat breed popular in Europe/France.

@CidTheNinja I maybe thought of Spy as an Octopus due to it's excellent camouflaging ability, but it's kind of the same problem with the snake, not sure how well it would make a skin. Chameleons are known for changing color (though not for camouflage contrary to myth). So

There aren't very many good Australian animals that fit Sniper, though Soldier says he has a Kangaroo wife. Somehow iguana does fit Sniper more than any other animal native to Australia so "Good on ya mate!"

@CidTheNinja There is no animal that I associate with Texas more than cattle. As Soldier might say, "Only steers and queers come from Texas!" I kinda get the connection with beavers seeing as the only other noteworthy animal that constructs things is the spider and that's no good. As far as raccoons go, well the south and coonskins caps and all, but that's more Southeastern than Southwestern, so for me hands down:

The only germany-related that comes to mind for me is a German Shepard, but I think of Medic more as the man who would experiment on inmates of a concentration camp rather than one of the hounds set on them. Well the eagle is a heraldic animal for Germany and I can't think of animals associated with healing so bird it is, though best to specify it as eagle.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I like the Spy as raccoon idea if only for the "mask".
