  • This is NOT the part of the movie he was actually shot... all of this is BL... the scene where he was accidently shot was when he enters the apartment in the flashback scene. He had completed all the scenes with make up... they were filming the flashbacks and the resurrection scenes when he was shot. The scene of his putting on the Crow make up is a body double and CGI

  • I wish he was still alive, but he is still with us in our hearts. ive loved that guy since i was a kid im friggin named after him!

  • He was actually killed while making this film...bound to happen in such a stupid film centred around guns going off every split second.

  • Remaking the Crow....BULLSHIT!!! Thats Brandon Lee's movie, his work. Ya wouldnt wanna see a remake of Enter the Dragon would ya? Not without Bruce!!! Hollywood needs to wake up and quit slangin cash to whatever!!! Ridiculous! R.I.P Bruce and Brandon.

  • actually , only the shoot scene is whit a double , when the fight just begin. the rest is really him, is because that was the last scene on be shooted.

  • I was looking for the superimposed scene but got nothing.

  • This is officially my No. 1 favorite movie. The awesomeness of this movie still makes me kinda sad, thinking about what really happened to Brandon.

  • @TheJayspyder How did they completed the movie after Brandon died?

  • @MyGamerTV they used a stunt double and used cgi to put brandon's face on the stunt double's. I looked it up 4 ya ;D

  • Yata-Garasu!!!

  • this scene as filmed should have been used in the final cut; this one and the extended scene of Funboy slashing Eric, Eric and Funboy fighting and Eric overpowering Funboy before getting the information out of him on the other guys who killed him and Shelley. that extended bit helps explain the electrical tape on Eric's hand seen a scene or two later in the film.

  • Is this from the workprint?

  • Is this not the scene that killed Brandon when they were filming?

  • @CanadianWarMachine no, the exact scene that killed im was not featured in the film, but when Eric gets hit by the knife as he enters the apartment in a flashback was the scene. They then changed the shot fired to finish him off to just a close up of the gun going off.

  • this is not the scene where he got shot,he got shot in the beginning of the movie where he walks in on them attacking shelly

  • this and boondock saints are my two movie obsessions

  • did Top Dollar say "You can have him" or You can't have him"?

  • @AncientHistoryBuff You can't have him. He said it as a taunt.

  • @LeafMonkey59, thanks.

  • That's all she wrote...cool. nice reference to the classic TV show Murder She Wrote.

  • This was a awsome movie

  • was that the actual footage of him..you know, being really shot?

  • @TheRedGuitar00 they destroyed it

  • Dude where did you get this? I gotta have it.....

  • This is not where he died. He died in the scene when he was in "fun boys" apartment and he got shot through the hand. The wound closes up and "fun boy"shot him again and says "don't you ever die". The second shot is the one that hit him in the abdomen and killed him. Right after he was shot through the hand. Nice try though.

  • @slockgod Wrong.

  • @slockgod Wrong. He died while filming the flashbacks to when the gang first kills him in his apartment when he walks in on them raping Shelly. Nice try though.

  • so which shot killed him?

  • Can anybody else see the similarity between Brandon Lee's The Crow and Heath Ledger's The Joker?

At the time I thought Brandon would make a good Joker

  • @Gerry76alpha The Jokers face paint along with the Crows are based off the "Scottish smile" if I recall correctly

  • @AlexVendetta360 Glasgow smile, AKA: Glasgow grin, Anna grin, Chelsea grin or Chelsea smile.

  • @klownsik Scottish Smile, Glasgow smile I was close I guess. :P

  • @Gerry76alpha yes, they both died before the movie was completed.

  • @Gerry76alpha ya, too much fuckin make up!

  • @Gerry76alpha Brandon's performance was one that Heath drew from for the joker, the initial entering of the board meeting reminds me a lot of heaths entrance in the kitchen, shame that Bruce, Brandon and now Heath all died before seeing what great impact they had on people

  • 10000000000 times better than the version used in the movie.

  • a Director's Cut of this excellent movie should be released with ALL the deleted scenes.

  • Gentlemen!!

  • i also like how Eric doesn't kill the girl that Skank pushes towards him, nor does he kill Sarah's mother. I really like that aspect of the film, and that he siphoned out the morphine from Sarah's mom and woke her up to the reality that she has a daughter.

  • sorry...i was running out of space. a swordfight between Eric and the bad guys would also have been really cool to see.

  • this should have been the final cut, and not the edited version used in the movie, though that one was okay. but this one had some more dialogue and violence integral to the story. a really bad cut was when (in the edited version) Eric shoots the guy and you see him fall from a window whereas in this version, Eric shoots the son-of-a-bitch several more times and you see the exit wounds before he falls. I think the bad guys should have grabbed a sword at the same time as Eric did and have a fight

  • does Top Dollar say "You can" or "You can't" when Eric says, "I just want him"?

  • This is NOT the scene he was killed in. He was killed in the scene that is a flashback. The one where he enters the apartment to find Shelley being attacked by Funboy and others. The actor that played Funboy is the one who fired the gun that had the blank that discharged.

  • Will the blu ray release be the unrated version? Hope so!

  • @amirvega the dark knight ripped it off , and the oscar should've gone to Brandon Lee not the aussie guy.

  • somebody drank too much juggernog.

  • AWESOME :)

  • 4:34 FTW

  • RIP BRANDON

  • I am so sorry for this accident ! When I heard about it made me sad fior loosing this special and unforgetable actor . Missing for Brandon Lee forever !

  • @Carter32100 there is that, then there is the illuminati symbolism take and then there is a jealous co-star take, so many rumors about it but no one knows what really happened

  • best movie scene ever

  • The best film ever, the idea of a remake sickens me,u r just trying to erase brandons memory......brandon is the crow ..if it isnt broke don,t try to fix it

  • @damopreece Brandon's family allowed them to remake it

  • bradley cooper does not fit the crow at all i do not think so. No crow movie will ever beat this one.

  • the coolest film with the coolest sound track.......

  • @smigbabb Without doubt...

  • you'd think after maybe 3000 rounds they'd figure out he can't be killed and get the f*ck out

  • what a film this is rip brandon lee

  • i just want the sence where brandon lee dies

  • @ryderdrew that footage was never released as far as i know

  • I can't believe they're rebooting this masterpiece. Reboot the sequels, not this one.

  • @darko84hc Rebooting this movie is like shitting on our faces. I will not see this remake. Every screen who play this new movie must explode. RIP Brandon Lee

  • I totally agree darko84hc. I have no interest in the re-make of my favorite all-time movie. No one can do what this movie did on so many levels. Brandon Lee for one, the soundtrack, the 1990's grunge aspect, and the perfect blend of everything I love. Not to mention, when I saw The Matrix where Neo (Keanu Reeves) is running across the rooftops, the first thing I thought was "rip off" of The Crow. This movie did so much and influenced so many others.

  • @1906Scorpion lol. well put.

  • I'm watching the version I have and this one is A LOT BETTER, where did you got the directors cut?

  • Matrix my ass

  • I don't understand, did someone else play the role after he died?

  • @darroni123 brandon lee was shot in the scene where the thugs broke into their apartment and shot him and it was also the last scene that was shot in the movie

  • A head shot would have done the trick

  • R.I.P. Brandon and Bruce Lee

  • heath ledger is better.

  • @kennykiller911 you cant even compare heath ledger to brandon lee, what the fuck kind of response is that! 2 different generations in 2 different types of films.

  • The Crow > Chuck Norris

  • its like the joker scene in the black night they both wore weird makeup and both actors died weird

  • brandon lee didn't deserve to die

  • Too bad that he died!

  • he is like a good version of heath ledger's joker, when heath died it reminded me so much of this movie, cause their real life deaths had such an impact on watching the film, i mean when tony montana dies u know al pachino is still alive so it doesn't have that much impact but this was a cool scene, i remember me as a kid wearing black and painting my face and thinking i was immortal too

  • WHERE'S FUN BOY?

  • @ kriskaos1981

Yeah but how is it called ?

The name of the song ?

The Crow is the best film ive ever seen !!

&&' the best Music ever !

  • FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ XenoBoT : The name of the song is After the flesh by My life with the thrill kill kult, it's on The Crow soundtrack track no 11.

  • does anyone know the name or title of the background song that starts at @3:30??

  • this video is cool brandon lee is bruce lee (kung fu fighter) son

  • I hear they are possibly doing a remake/reboot of this movie, if they do I hope it goes well but I still think the original crow kicked arse. A remake would be darn near disrespectful to Brandon Lee (well not really), this movie had a dreamlike tone to it...plus the soundtrack literally defined the 90's. This is alternative rock nirvana (no nirvana didn't have a track on the album....and NO....I wasn't making a cheese wizzy pun).

  • This was my favorite movie when I was a kid because of this scene.

  • is that the double for brandon lee or ist him cuz i cnt really tell

  • is this on the special edition DVD?

  • Has anybody seen the real footage of the death shot ? I mean is the real scene that brandon was injured released in media ?

  • Has anybody seen the real footage of the death shot ? I mean is the real scene that brandon was injured released in media ?

  • Okay, so I'm not the only one who thinks he is like the Joker.

  • This has to be the shoot out in movie history

  • ppl this and dark knight r 2 completely different movies stop comparing them

  • he looks a lil bit like sting! if anyone watches wrestling!

  • @WileyDigga thats actually where sting's character came from lol pretty sweet huh

  • were did brandon acualy die in this moviee?

  • now one of those bullets were real?

  • @keasy666 actually, this wasn't the scene. You know the scene where Eric flew out of the window after getting shot? That was the scene where Brandon Lee died

  • @keasy666 yeah..no one knows to this day who done it

  • @thatbboyrandom1 Actually the actor Michael Massee is the one who shot him. The negligent gun handlers were responsible for the gun firing incorrect dummy cartridges of course though, it wasn't Massee's fault. I would have sued their asses off. That man must feel so guilty, I feel so bad for him. I mean they MADE him kill such a beautiful, talented man and for no reason at all. I'd have gone crazy by now had I fired the shot. So tragically sad for both Brandon and his family and Massee and his.

  • @SareyGamp he was on some sort of rehab show once talking about how that scene and that memory destroyed his life forever

  • @Cursedhatedbetrayed Like I said poor guy, a hideous thing to have to live with.

  • lmao Gun Kata on the table hehehe

  • Have**

  • I habegär seen this movie and it kicks as but are the sequels worth watching?

  • @wadai1 The first sequel is kinda decent, with some good imagery and music (I got an AMV of it in my channel). Other than that it's a cheesefest but I'd suggest watching it anyway. The third film has a good rock soundtrack and a good Crow actor but the film itself is just average. And the last one is just pure shit from start to finish. I'd suggest watching 2 and *maybe* 3, but NEVER the fourth one.

  • @gorboy thanx

  • @wadai1 nope. really really shit haha.

  • so anyone viewed my crow vids yet that i created myself?????

  • 你的光,是永远不会消失。石和愤怒不能阻止水波纹

Your light is never diminished. stone and anger cannot stop water ripples

I am no-one and yet I will keep your memory alive.

  • i'm thinkin about dl the original crow movie and edited the extended scenes together since they will never come out with a extended directors cut of it

  • the crow is like the anti joker just as crazy

  • movie was the best. then they ruined it with all the crappy sequels and the show with the iron chef dude.

  • Woah man....that was such a long and wonderful scene, why was it not included in the movie? I reckon it is awesome, with all he stunts and special effects....plus a bit more dialogue....RIP Brandon Lee, we love you all.....

Hey guys...do check out my other vids, and lemme know wot u think!!!! Leave ur comments please!!!!

  • Some people say the scene with the cops shotting was the scene where he died. Some say it was the scene where Eric got attacked at his home (rape scene)

I dunno, the thing is he's dead. Someone killed him and no one was blamed.

  • @luciferdy9 He was killed in the flashback scene at the start, and you make it sound like he was murdered - it was a freak accident.

  • @shaun1239 it was fuckin negligence!

  • @luciferdy9 That's because the person who fired the gun was Funboy, and he did so under the command of Alex Proyas with the consent of the propmasters. Funboy's actor cannot be blamed for doing his job, and the propmasters could not be convicted because The Crow was an indepentent production that, while outside the boundaries of several restrictions, was also an unsafe production due to the absence of any red tape or enforced security regulations.

  • @gorboy and do you think Brandon knew about that?

  • @luciferdy9 I'm pretty sure he did. Any actor knows that non-union films are less safe to do than big studio productions, and if he doesn't his agent MUST have told him about it.

  • @gorboy I dunno, man. It's really sad tough.

  • @luciferdy9 All accidents are sad; some more than others.

  • do gunshots hold people in the air and make them fall down in slow motion?

  • @CarlosJulio20 it's a hollywoodism, just like the sound effect they add when people get punched. it's simple conservation of momentum, but it just looks more dramatic if people fly around when shot.

  • Does anyone know the piece of music that plays during 2:44?

  • @bioshockt The Artist: My life with the thrill kill kult Song: After the flesh

  • @MrAvengedsevenxxx Thanks so much

  • @bioshockt Not a problem... you're welcome

  • Someone's probably already said this, but...Best shoot-out in cinematic history!

  • I never knew this but, Lee was worth $8,000,000. After his death, it added just that to the film budget, making it $15,000,000. It brought in $144,000,000 world wide. I only counted two scenes that Lee is not in. Eric sitting in the window, and talking to Shelly near the end before she is kidnapped.

  • @ShadowoOfBlood 8 million for this movie alone?

  • @nhlmike26 No. Lee was worth eight million. His death added that amount to the budget, making it $15,000,000.

  • @nhlmike26 it cost 15 million alltogether for this movie. The extra 8 million was added to finish the film after Brandon died. Therefore the initial cost was 7 million.

  • One question. 3:30, the outro, whats the name of this soundtrack?

  • One question. 3:30, the Outro, whats the name of this soundtrack?

  • @xDiabolikaLRapturEx Wish I could tell ya... Its not on the original soundtrack. Its obviously part of the instrumental score, but I don't know if that part of the soundtrack was ever released. Its worth looking up though.

  • wow he's sexy <3

  • 4:10 time. Skank says: "Skank's dead!" "Eric Draven says, "That's right, Now go fuck up somebody's car!" Eric draven throws Skank through window. Skank hits cop car. Cop gets out car, says, "Got damn, You fucked up my car Skank!"

  • man The Crow is taking bullets like Tony Montana even better :-D

  • one of the coolest shootout scenes ever

  • The death came at the scene where Eric was shot in the apartment, early flashbacks in the beginning of the movie by the Funboy character people.

  • Watch the Unolosved Mysteries clip on You-tube on Brandon Lees' death. It explains the whole incident leading up to what happenned.

  • Best Line Ever....3:09 the way he said it gives me chills.

  • @vamtheanomaly : " You're all going to die!" :-)

  • One of the best scenes of comic to movie of all time...Lee was amazing in this part!!!!

  • why does the begging of this scene remind me of the dark knight where the joker walks in laughing to the gangster meeting??? why did both Heath and Brandon die at the age of 28 after starring in films of similar characters??? Illuminati

  • @idiomas123ify : aside from the start of the scene scene and the age, there are no other similarities to be found.

  • @jselenfriend I beg to differ. Both The crow and the joker have similiar makeup. Both are killers, both crack jokes with their victims, both have long hair and glasglow smiles. ect ect :)

  • R.I.P BRANDON!! :(

  • Bullshit it happened in that scene because they never knew who did it. Every shot that was fired were blanks except one. It was right when they all opened fire on him. Thats why he didn't wear a damn vest. He didn't know some sick fuck was gonna sneak a blank in one of the clips. I say it was the Chineese trying to kill Bruce Lee's legacy. But what the fuck do I know.

  • @LilTex85 : I agree that the Chinese could be involved, but NO it did not happen in this scene... it was in the "flashback" scene, where it is red. now in the movie you see a brandon-lee-double going on his knees and being shot by funboy. in reality it was brandon lee, but they burned the filmmaterial which shows brandon lee being shot to death.... 20-30% of the movie was finished with a double incl. the flashback, roof and all other loft scenes.

  • Joker and Crow both where face paint, they both have malicious motivations, they both seem unkillable, and both actors died near the release of the movie.

    But Crow is still cooler.

  • @MrThePandaman And yet they aren't even CLOSE to being similar.

  • @MrThePandaman the crow died during the movie shootings he was murdered the joker killed himself nothing alike cant believe you can even compare them

  • @johnmrrs I'm comparing The Crow and The Joker, not Brandon Lee and Heath Ledger. They both died near release is their only similarity other than that they were both in superhero movies and were great actors who tragically died too young (even if Ledger's death was his own fault).

  • @johnmrrs *face palm* Heath Ledger over dose by accident it wasn't a suicide you know that stuff happens alot

  • @CosmicDestroyer99 Accidental suicides happen alot, too...

  • @MrThePandaman How can you accidentally commit suicide..Someone who knows from experience..It's either you mean to do it or you don't which is a accident

  • @CosmicDestroyer99 Accidentally overdosing, for instance...

  • @MrThePandaman Ahh well yeah I see your point on that one

  • @CosmicDestroyer99 you can kill yourself by accident and its not suicide i never used the word suicide you fucking moron

  • @CosmicDestroyer99 if he didnt kill himself did someone else kill him?

  • @johnmrrs possible..Look at Micheal Jackson

  • @MrThePandaman how are the crows intentions malicious? i don´t see avenging the rape and murder of the woman you love, or anyone you love, as malicious. or am i misunderstading? but the other observation is quite strange. i never considered it. Good Day.

  • @mk45gunnr Not evil, just malicious, as in sadistic and overly violent. He stabs a guy in all of his vital spots in alphabetical order and makes another guy overdose on heroin after shooting him. That's what I meant- The Crow's not evil... just psychotic.

  • @MrThePandaman really? If you actually think about it the only similarity between Crow and Joker is the face paint and the fact both actors who played them died mysteriously. The Crow is way more like able, because he's fighting on the side of truth and justice, Joker is a homicidal maniac, big difference.

  • @cgmarshall81 They walk into a room during a gang meeting.

Sarcastically announce their presence (via laughing or yelling, "Gentlemen!").

    Tell them The Crow's/Joker's plan.

They don't listen and try to hurt The Crow/ Joker.

Crow/Joker respnds by hurting (1/25) of them.

Kill people very violently (stabbing each vital organ/cheek slashing).

Screw with victims' mind before killing them.

    Facepaint.

    Actors tragically die kinda mysteriously.

  • @MrThePandaman I disagree.

  • @MrThePandaman it doesnt matter if they had similar scenes, that dont make THEM similar, nice try though.

  • @cgmarshall81 Facepaint. Sarcasm. Screw with victims' minds before killing them. Want nothing but to cause people death (The Crow is just more selective). Speak differently than normal (Joker- stuttering English, Crow- eloquent English). Long, wavy hair. Seemingly unkillable. Just don't give a crap about their own safety. Lost women in their lives (Joker may have been lying, admittedly). Wear masks before using facepaint. Very different movies. Very similar characters (IMO)
  • @MrThePandaman because you believe in the crow's cause because he wants revenge.

  • Comment removed

  • Boy, it feels a bit like the Dark Knight.

  • @Bobaklives Dark Knight, Nah, this is actually good.

  • @Bobaklives Actually if the Crow came out in 1994, then the Dark Knight feels like this. Interesting analogy considering that Heath Ledger also died before this movie came out.

  • the illuminati had brandon lee killed just like they had his father kille
