Try not to use the zoom button in a shot if you are going for a filmic look. Our eyes can zoom, so when you let the camera take over for your eyes when watching, a zoom feels unnatural. Try to move the camera on a dolly or steadycam of some sort next time.

what software do u use for the muzzleflashes and stuff

@CookNCranestudios I edit with FinalCut 7, the muzzle flashes are mostly from action essentials 2, but I also use a few from tubetape's fxHome stock footage: effects library. The former is more dynamic and useful, the latter has a little of everything and costs less
