  • I absolutely love this guy. I never get tired of watching his videos. He gives me confidence that I dont have because he makes things seem so easy.

  • Than you for your clear, calm instructions here and on how to interline as well. First time making interlined curtains tomorrow, and now I'm not so scared!

  • EXCELLENT instruction! fabulous job of lining.... will now proceed to do my draperies fearlessly!

  • thanks for the clear instructions

  • Hi

Glad the video was of help to you.. I purchased the handled straight edge from ebay.

  • Wonderful video where can I get the handled straight edges? I would love to find them. Too funny about the growling iron I almost hit rewind to listen to it a second time.

  • Thanks. The instructions are good. The radio in the background is awful.

  • thank you so much, instructions are clear and easy

  • Fantastic! Thank you Schuby! x x

  • This is video is fantastic. I am so grateful to you for posting this on YouTube. It is so easy to follow. I can stop stressing now, Cheers.

  • Fantastic! I bought an expensive book on making curtains, and made a mess! Now, I know what I am doing. Your instructions are so clear and easy to follow. Thank you. My $25o dollars worth of fabric will not be trash. Keep up the good work.

  • excellent!

  • So helpful - a realy clear explanation - I've read lots of descriptions, but couldn't understand mitering until now - thanks very much

  • Great instructional...so clearly explained & demonstrated. But, yes, working with drapery length fabrics on a diningroom table in a small room is a REAL challenge. My lined kitchen curtains came out great with those mitred corners tho. Thks so much !

  • This was excellent took me ages to find a post that showed a mitered edge for curtains.

took me a bit to get my head round it as no light in room where computer is,

curtain looked really professional when finished.

  • I liked this video...it was very helpful in making corners on a quilt using excess material from the back of quilt, folding over to the front of quilt and mitering corners.

  • Good clear explanation, thank you for the help - I can finish those curtains now.

  • Well done! I'm envious of your nice work surface. I struggle with large pieces of drapery material on my small diningroom table!

  • Thanks! I've been putting off making my bedroom curtains for ages, now I can line them with confidence :)

PS The growling iron is hilarious! I thought it was a motorbike at first :)

  • Genius!!

  • Excellent explanation! My curtains hang with pride

  • thankyou for your help much appreciated thanks againxxxxx

  • This is really helpful - absolutely crystal clear explanantion. Many thanks

  • Thank you so much! I was absolutely stuck on how to do this and the books I have didn't explain it at all well. Really appreciate it!

  • Wonderfully explained, thank you so much for taking the time to show us this.
