As people have already said, gliding is considerably more useful than you made it out to be. I'm guessing they didn't have the same functionality at the time you made this though.
As of now though, you can literally glide between some quest hubs if you do it properly.
Personally i find the gliding function to be very useful as a means of getting around. Basically what i do is every time i come to a crest i use the glide ability to to launch myself at a far greater speed than running, the best thing about this is that after a while you become quite proficient at using (for lack of words) thermal vents to pick yaself back up to continue your faster paced movement.
it has a bit higher standards than wow, I remember recently i heard of a site which scans your computer for your system reqs and compares them to aions (or other games) and tells you how well it will run (and if you can run it at all), if you are above the recommended settings or not, and even what things you dont have and need to have (ex: you need ____ memory to play this game and have only ____)

Yes you can.. I ran the chinese beta on my old computer (2G ram, Geforce 7600gs, 6800+ processor) and the game looked greate and was running just fine
Btw if a ranged is attacking u from a sky and ur a gladiator(meele class or something) should u just run or what? I mean u cant rlly go follow him in the sky ull just die or am i wrong
Wings have a limit of one minuet for lvl 10 as you lvl up you get cooler looking wings to use that last longer. The cooldown is the same as the flight time, but there are potions that replenish your flight time and extend it even.
I never tested the validity of having two swords as a Gladiator since most skills are 2-h based. The templr can dual wield and use a greatsword as well, but I wont be covering that in the review since that equipment isn't highly supported/accepted in the game currently.
Yeah. ur right on that. Some players have said that dual wielding can be really good. If you want a dps build. But i dont see myself ever dual wielding tried it in CB. Didnt like it.
Since skills cost practically no mana as it is and have a relatively fast cooldown, you can constantly skill spam without needing to auto attack so the best choice of weapon is the one with the highest damage limit.
I hope they make 1H weps more viable though, since having more choices is always nice to avoid boredom. : )

I agree with djjdiss. There's nothing wrong with fantasy games like this, even if you're a grown-up. That's why I always loved the Final Fantasy games, because its unrealistic, and thats cool.

Man I remember the first Final fantasy I played was FF7. GOD WHAT A CLASSIC. I have been hooked on rpg titles for almost 13 years because of that game and the other Final Fantasy titles that followed.
Most of us play games like these because reality is just plain boring lol. You don't want to play a boring game now do ya? hehe ya they have to add unrealistic things to make gameplay exciting, but I don't mind one bit XD
I'm really interested to see how this game turns out. I thought AoC and WAR were gonna be good but I was very dissapointed. Just seems no game can compete with WoW... :/ Gonna try this game anyway :) Nice video.
Im on the exact same boat (war and aoc were shite), hopeing for something great. Also havent heard much bout endgame, hope that keeps that game alive too
FYI, if you don't press W or do any kind of forward movement while gliding. you'll get the full effect of it. If you do press W, you'll end your glide as soon as you reach any kind of level ground. Try it!
The flight thing might be abit of a disappointment but it still beats most other games and still has a good functionality

gliding is alot better than u admit, once u get the hang of it... u can cross country much quicker than on foot...

I never tested the validity of having two swords as a Gladiator since most skills are 2-h based. The templr can dual wield and use a greatsword as well, but I wont be covering that in the review since that equipment isn't highly supported/accepted in the game currently.
