no, it is original in south korea, in 1966, the south korea still practice itf but not as much as WTF, so the birth place of ITF is in South Korea

they're a mixture of non blacks belts you idiots...they're checking out their skills in an inter club comp...(correct me if i'm wrong). When they reach black belt and start to compete nationally/internationally they'll learn new skills to step up with. this was two years ago...some of these guys could already be ITF stars!

itf and wtf have a different set of rules, and slightly different fighting styles. wtf is olympic taekwondo, its not as good or practical as itf

ITF = internation tkd federation, practises the tkd developed by the late gen. choi hong hi in 1955. powerful hand and foot techniques "One blow one victory". Focuses on the martial ART side of things and moral culture.

WTF = World tkd fed. Main concern is sport and the olympics, advanced aerial techniques and very explosive movements perhaps not as powerful as those found in ITF. Not much/no artistic side to it. Introduced later in 1970's and used taekwondo as a 'borrowed' name.

@DaOnlyLoser To judge ITF vs WTF sparring based on this video is idiocy. These are youn ger/non experienced combatants getting together to practice sparring between clubs - basically a wrok out session to try out new techniques. This is probably the first time for the younger belts trying to use front leg kicks in a combat situation, as most instructors start off teaching back leg kicks as they are more stable,  and are easier to throw for height and power. Chill out.
