revvin doesnt load the engine. no strain on the pistons. You're not using anywhere near as much gas to rev it as to say drive around the block slowly. The excess gas in there probably cools the cylinders

Yes but the oil won't be warmed up. It won't be able to lubricate as well without at least a slight warmup.

The engine is warmed up, I can tell by the sound. A cold engine will idle high and the exhaust opens fully (much louder). A warmed up engine has the exhaust in the quiet mode, as in this video
