  • can i bake modeling clay

  • @KKDHIO no u cant. i know from personal experience i accidently mixed mine with sculpey and it melted in the oven!!!!!!!!!!!! i was very sad lol hope i helped

  • If you have trouble with the stickiness of the clay you can rub corn starch or baby oil,or maybe even talcolm powder and that will help the clay to stop sticking to things so much.

  • realy

  • 1:19 looks like reses

  • Are you like south? Cuz you have a southern accent

  • can i bake normal clay

  • can i use normal clay

  • @loveandberrycutie that's what i do

  • @loveandberrycutie As long as you don't bake it, yes.

  • if u want the icing to be more sturdy instead of sorta wilted, u can put a pyramid-shape type piece of scrap clay in the center of the base, and wrap the icing around it. :) luv ur vids hope i can help u, since u help me with so many amazing crafts.

  • can you bake it after you put the clay icing and glass balls and stuff on?

  • @highnotelownote If the icing is clay, then yes.

  • Cupcakes is a good theme for polymer clay. You have a nice choice of design.

  • hi my name is summer and i don't like the little sprinkels for my cupcake so what do i use

  • @hrpufnstuffable I don't know. I use what I have and you can copy it or try various other techniques. Perhaps a tiny roll of clay that is sliced into sprinkles.

  • You sound like a cartoon, cute :)

Thanks for the vid hun <3

  • do you know how to make polymer clay people? if you do then i'm begging you to make a tutorial!

  • @MsGymnast4life Check my other videos for that one.

  • Amazing :D <33

  • Is the "icing" polymer clay?

  • @naturefreak1011 No. But you can make clay icing by mixing liquid sculpey with regular polymer clay.

  • @GardenOfImagination okay thanks :D

  • do you bake it all together again at the end??

  • @decembercutie98 No, the bottom is baked and cooled and the top is air dried.

  • have you made some miniature sushi yet?

  • @sexxyinuyasha yes, check my other videos.

  • this is nice and easy thank you for your creating of this video

  • can you let me know the brand name of the polymer that you use? I have Craftsmart Polymer Clay and its wayyyyyyyyyy hard to work.

  • @fairyjossy I use Premo, Sculpey, and Fimo.

  • @GardenOfImagination have you ever used craftsmart polymer clay, and what you thing about this brand?

  • @fairyjossy Never used it and never heard of it. We get things last here in Kansas. Sorry.

  • I didn't like this cupcake...

  • @vica08

ya, i thought the sprinkles were a bit much.

  • i only have polymer clay is it ok

  • @minhtutran2001 Sure.

  • can you try to make cotton candy ;]

  • @DIVAESSJ Check my other videos, it's posted there.

  • Can you mix brands of polymer clay when making a craft?

  • @musicalnatalia you have to bake the peices seprately then glue them together

  • @musicalnatalia You are not supposed to, but I always do and have never had a problem.

  • so when plastacine are baked, they will harden?

  • @PiplupTheTorrent Not sure what plastacine is. Polymer clay hardens in the oven and you should bake the bottom, then add the top if using caulking or liquid nails.

  • @PiplupTheTorrent

    They will harden!:)

  • you should make little dolls

  • Im so sure you already got a ton of question

asking if you bake or air dry polymer clay?

But i really have no clue

there's ppl who said you have to bake it

and it can't be air dryed.

& then there's ppl saying it can be air dryed?

    so which one?

  • @XOXOkandice Polymer clay must be baked to harden it. However, there is an air dry clay available. I don't use it because I work slowly and it dries out too fast for me.

  • can i bake this with the glass sprinkels?

would sprinkels made out of some kind of plastic survive the oven?

  • @Killingapple Glass will not melt. Plastic does okay but not be careful as it will melt.

  • can you make an ice cream cake?

  • can yóu make an oreo cookie

  • check my old videos for that one

  • can u teach us hot dogs

  • Check my old videos for that one.

  • i luv cupcakes ! =) i made one outta modelin clay but there not that great!! lol

  • i love cupcakes.

  • no offense but the frosting looks like pink turd. lol but love ur vids! :)

  • yeah this sculpey seems very sticky, but fimo isn't better sometimes!

  • To take out some of the sticky... roll the clay flat and place in between several pieces of WHITE paper with a book on top. Leave overnight. You can do this with fresh paper for a couple of nights to get more of the stickiness out. Do NOT use newspaper and the ink will dirty your clay.

  • Could I use glitter for the sprinkles?

  • sure

  • you should make a charm you are so good with clay you just need to stick an eye pin at the top and thats ur charm

  • Oh thank you. Maybe I'll do that sometime.

  • Οll are very nice!!!

Where can I find sprincke ball ? there are only sweets?

  • The tiny balls are at Michaels craft store in the scrapbook section. They are called micro marbles.

  • I ran out of clay and just bought some air dry stuff which I paint afterwards. Thats Okay to right?

  • Fine with me, but I don't use it.

  • wow thank u so much! very talented, but i have one question, did u bake it AFTYER putting the sprinkles on top? <3

  • I never baked it at all. You can bake the bottom before adding the top but NEVER bake the top part!

  • Really? Why is that?

  • THIS IIS SOOOOOOOOO HARD!

  • It is challenging with all that stickiness!

  • Wow! it looks so awesome and realistic. And so easy to make. Love your videos! :D

  • Thank you! It is rather sticky though.

  • you are a genius!

  • Could you convince my kids of that? LOL

  • those r so cute im going to try to make them

  • is it ok to bake those little pallets

  • yes.

  • do you cook the beads

  • No. Just cover with a coat of Triple Thick or clear fingernail polish and let it air dry.

  • Yes you can bake the beads!

  • hey that is soo cute thanks

  • Comment removed

  • what color would you prefer if you wanted to make a vanilla cupcake

  • I would probably just use an off white shade. My clay is all unlabeled at this point and I mix a lot of my own colors.

  • Just Miz A Little Yellow With A Beigish O A Whitte

  • Thanks alooot ! ^^

  • Good cupcake bottom

  • ive made over 100 of these its very relaxing

  • Wow. That's a lot!

  • when you use premo or femo it could still stick right

  • Yes, they can still stick.

  • kool

  • Thanks! :] i'm going tol try to make this one day.

  • can u eat it lol im hungry now :p

  • LOL. NOOOO! not good to eat clay! Just run in the kitchen and whip up some real cupcakes!

  • cool!!! i made the bottom part,i made 7 of them and now i have to bake them now!!! yay!!

  • Comment removed

  • cool!

  • does anyone know where you can buy polymer clay from in england???

  • u probably can't get polymer clay but u can get any other at a craft store but i don't live in England I live in Florida or America of course LOL

  • oh, and also, which clay do you prefer best? Premo or Fimo? Thanks.. =]

  • Premo! Fimo is a bit mushy... Sculpey... is like a firm sticky glue... but has great colors!

    Angela

  • oh alright thanks.. =]

  • Sculpey LOL

  • Hi, I was wondering, after you put those beads on the cupcake as a topping, are you able to cook the cupcake with the bead toppings in the oven so that they stay on there and don't fall out?

  • Is really cute!

    Thanks For the tutorials!

  • Happy to help!

    Angela

  • so cute!

  • Thank you!

    Angela

  • ur welcome =D

  • for how many min. should i leave it in the oven???

  • You are supposed to read the directions on your type of clay, they are slightly different. But 275 for 20 minutes would certainly harden it.

    Angela

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you!

    Angela

  • how can u put it on a charm bracelet??

  • You would put a hook in the clay before you bake it, then attach it to a charm bracelet with your choice of metal loops.

    Angela

  • can u get liqued nail in target??

  • I don't think so.

    Angela

  • if i bake how many degress would i put

  • It depends on your type of clay but around 275 for 30 minutes should do it.

    Angela

  • I see in most of your vidoe's you use luiqid nails, dont they only cost like 3$, i live in new york to... we dont have a hobby lobby eother?

  • pearl paint and lee's art store in NYC has them

  • Liquid nails should be in a hardware store or Walmart by the paint department. And clear caulk should work. Doesn't have to be name brand.

    Angela

  • That is so cute! Sometimes I see the cream/icing very soft and structured like real cream (or soft ice). Can you make a tutorial about how to make that? I tried mixing olive oil into the clay but I struggle with the structure/texture. Thanks, you're so inspiring! :) Take care!

    Mia

  • I'll have to see what I can come up with and make a tut for you. It's on my very long list!

    Angela

  • The cupcakes are sooooooooooooo cute!

    By the way,

    nice vid....

  • I just found a new way to make the cupcake bottoms by making a mold from an electrical twist thing. Watch for a video about that one!

    And thank you!

    Angela

  • this is great thank you! I just made cupcake earrings but made my own sprinkles from clay but this is much better! :) Can't wait to try it out!

  • i have to bake? how the bake oven? i don't bake i just do it. i know how to do cupcake, cake, candy

  • Bake polymer clay in your oven to harden. Then it does not squish.

    Does that help?

    Angela

  • very cute

  • Thank you!

    Angela

  • omg thats so cute

  • Cute... but not so tastey. When my son was very young he once bit into an entire bar of brand new wrapped clay! I saved it because it made such a pretty impression of his teeth!

And then I locked all my clay up even if it was new. lol

    Angela

  • Awseome! It is sure good to suscribe to you!

  • Another great video Angela,

You might like this idea, take a piece of any color scrap clay, roll it into a ball and place it on top of the cupcake..THEN, you wrap the snake around the form and it never shows but give you a form to wrap the icing around. If you want, then you can also insert an o pin in the top to make it a charm.

    Thanks!

  • Step 1. Bang head gently against the closest wall. (This ensures that your family now thinks you are nuts and will give you extra time to work.)

Step 2. Find some teeny tiny screw hooks in the jewelry section at Hobby Lobby.

Step 3. Bury screw part in clay before it's baked and if possible before shaped.

Leave the hook part sticking out.

    Bake.

    All done.

  • You are brilliant! I WILL try that!

    Angela

  • Thank you. Now if I could only ask for a rather strange and serious request...if your not too busy? I want to know how you would make loaded hot dogs, hamburgers, fried chicken, potato salad, pasta salad.....basic "picnic" attire. My best friend just announced her engagement and wants a "picnic" theme engagement party. I thought this would make a cute center piece. Thank you. Theresa

  • Holy cow, that may take me awhile. But I'll try.

    Angela

  • Sorry. I warned you, lol, that you will tire of me. Your just so awesome at what you do that its hard for me not to ask. You can tell me to stop at anytime or just ignore me. Thanks. Theresa

  • I would never ignore you! But it will take awhile. I'm not sure how to make all those things. LOL. And keep asking, it makes me stretch my brain.

    Angela

  • Awesome love it!

  • Another great tutorial!

  • Hi Angela,

Great video, I would have never thought of using glass beads for sprinkles..

    Just one question??

If I wanted to make this into say a cellphone charm or a keyring how would i manipulate the wire to do this?? I have tried doing this last night by making a hook then slipping the cupcake over the wire but wire ends up destroying the cupcake. I ended up giving up. Do you have any ideas on this?

  • Thank you for sharing this, I had trouble on making the cups for the cakes and now I know a solution to all my troubles!! Thank you

  • So pleased it helps!

    Angela
