They did. They put him on the Job Squad. Then they had him team up with Ron Simmons for a while, until he was dropped so Ron could tag with the ultra talented Bradshaw. Then, realizing that Scorpio was making their other wrestlers look bad, WWE disguised this by outright releasing him, thus pretending he never existed.
