  • how often does flears happen.

  • @sadihymas Hard to answer that. They seem to be back to back right now. Have been for the last few months.

  • Hey I have a question. Im 17 and im a serious hypochondriac and I never knew what lupus was until i looked it up, i NEVER had fatigue, fever joint pains, rashes and it dosent run in my family but when i look up the symptoms i started getting a thigh pain that last for 1 second. It just started happening when i looked up the symptoms. Does it sound like it may be lupus?

  • @DOPEgIRLfRESH09 I understand what you are going thru. It sounds like fear to me. Fear and stress can cause all kinds of symptoms in the body. I, myself, didn't look up things about lupus when I was diagnosed because when I tried to things got worse. I literally scared myself into having symptoms. Relax and let it go.

  • I feel like you, after many, many years of being sick, they finally found out i got s.l.e, the crazy thang is ,is that i've been telling the dr's for years that my oldesy sister has lupus? go figure? I'm scared cause i just found out that it's been my right kidney thats been hurting me for so long! now i'm retaining water? I admire your strength!

  • @nancypittman Thank you for watching. I understand your fears. It helps me to focus on getting well rather then worse. I'll be thinking about you. Keep sharing. Sending you my Love and Light and a gentle hug.

  • just diagnosed a little over a year ago, i am 20. it is really rough right now, because i just feel really confused and struggling with anxiety. i am glad to have found your channel. you're really encouraging, you say the things that i don't know how to yet. i wish there was some way to get my family to understand what is going on with me without them worrying or overreacting, usually i just try to play it down, but lately i've been trying to educate myself more so that i am more comfortable.

  • @DemetriaNoel Welcome. I'm sorry to hear of your recent diagnosis. I understand about family members not understanding what we need. Write to me any time. I'm a good listener. :-) Educating yourself is a good thing to do. Also look for others on youtube and build a support system. We understand and care. Sending you Love and Light.

  • Check out my latest video. For some reason my iPhone won't let me post it as a comment.... But it was made for you Willow Dove!!! I hope it makes u smile!!!

  • @carolharden7689 I found it and I loved it. Thank you!! It won't let me post the link either. Strange. I'm smiling though.

  • Hi......For what it's worth I will say a heartfelt prayer that U have a good and pleasant nights sleep. God Bless WD40

  • Thank you! It's worth alot to me!

  • Wow you sure are an inspiration... just when I need it...

  • Glad my video helped you. Love and Light to you Sweetie.

  • Thanks for making these videos. I was diagnosed last April (2009) and I'm taking a lot of meds. I'm grateful for my diagnosis because it gave me the courage I needed to leave my job and it was hard but I simply no longer keep at it. Now that I'm not working I'm trying to get my LTD and SSD going because I believe that if I tried to work I would not be able to keep any job. I sleep a lot some days and feel rotten and I love being able to spend my 'good' days with family and not coworkers.

  • You are most welcome. Keep your head up and keep doing what is best for you. I understand completely about wanting to spend the good days with your family. Never give up hope Sweetie. Surrounding your with healing Love and Light.

  • It is good to see that you are very strong tho=rough this I have prayed for God e to give you currage and strength. This video can be an inspiration to others. you take care God Bless.

  • :-D Thank you! I do my best each day to grow spiritually and emotionally. With the support of friends like you I know I'll be ok. Love and Light to you. Take good care of yourself.

  • Good for you girl! You have such a great attitude about things. I wish I could be more like that. You are an inspiration to all of us! xxxxx

  • Thanks!! Oh Sweetie, you can be like this too. Just set your mind to it and do it!! All it takes is a new attitude about your illness and life in general. I'm glad I can help. I'm always here for you. I'm still waiting on that email...nudge nudge. Ly!

  • i always appreciate your support, lady. miss you & love you. :) xo

  • :-) Love ya and miss ya too. xoxoxoxoxoxox

  • Great video. I was wondering what meds work for you and have they had to change them up because they stopped working?

  • Thank you for watching. Great question Sweetie. I'm not on any medications right now. Been off them for about 2 years. Nothing really helped. The only one that helped at all was my anxiety medication and it was the hardest to get off of. Anything I tried for my lupus symptoms made things worse. I'd rather deal with my symptoms without drugs if at all possible. SO for now no meds. Ly!
