What deck should i use when doing the Spring? Bicycle or Tally-Ho?

how can i prevent my deck of card from being curve after doing the spring many times?

i like to watch your vids like the tutorial of spring and ninja spring grab its cool and so helpful to us. (im poor in english)

You can spring with pretty much any kinds of cards, though since Bicycles are (usually) softer than Tally-Ho's, we'd recommend starting with those first since it'd be easier for you to get used to the motions that way.

As for preventing warpage of your deck, the key is to only use as much pressure as is necessary to spring the cards. Also, after a spring, it helps to turn the deck over and do another spring to 'right' the cards as well.

Ah, I see. Since Singapore used to be colonized by the British, a lot of their spelling was adopted as such. This is why you'll see words like 'colour', 'centre', and yes, 'storey'. Cars drive on the left side of the road, too—it's a strange little island.

For the spring I'm having trouble effectively catching all of the cards without any sliding off the top. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong as it seems to me like my hands leave no room for a card to fall off but a couple always inevitably bounce off the top of the deck at the end and on to the floor. Any tips?

It depends on a lot of different factors, including budget, SD or HD, what format it shoots on (miniDV, memory card, hard drive, DVD, solid state), how good you want the source sound to be, the quality of the image itself, especially in low-light conditions... and a whole host of other considerations.

I'd recommend checking out camcorderinfo[dot]com for more information and specs regarding different camcorders. It's a great site, so I'm sure you'll find something suitable ;)

Yeah we do use standard Tally-Ho decks... as the stock, the finish, and the thickness is what we are most comfortable with.

Black Viper Editions are thicker and do not have the same finish and feel.
