  • I love the T-870A

  • @ingloreusemodz Thanks, we hope the machine is doing the best for you

  • @PuhuiVideo it is their is nothing better then the T-870A

  • Hi, I'm looking to but the t-870a and I understand I need a stable power source. Can someone please recommend one and where I can buy it. Any help would be great thanks.

  • @worken360 , That means a power regulator of 1200 watts at least, or an UPS, the same you would use to protect your computer properly.

    Thanks

  • when will you have a demonstration of TX-999?

  • @reply4reply , Soon, the person in charge of that is out of China now, but when he returns that will be done. Thanks

  • @reply4reply We have them in IntelliXun channel.

  • what type of that flux she useing under the BGA chip were can buy this?

  • @TheZAM09 Flux Cream non Clean, you chose which one to use, the most proper is the AMTECH 559 Cream Tacky Non Clean, We already said before.

  • i have 1 of these machines its great at what it does, iv done xbox 360's and ps3's but iv found the after care is poor my thermocouples are reading to low and my ir filter has cracked so far no luck geting any parts from ebay suppliers

  • @bryannastebbing

You need to contact your provider until your warranty is over then can contact puhuit directly and get your parts.

    Thanks

  • I bought t-870a, but until now I only use it to reheat the gpu or chipset, but I wanna be able to replace some of the GPU on motherboard to do the upgrade but I still have some problem with the procedure to do rework.

I have couples question for you.

    1. How can I know what is the size of the ball that I must use on the rework?

    2. What is the rework station that offer wide range of size of IC/chipset to do the rework?

    3. where can I find the detail info about BGA rework station and buy it ?

  • @Qtechno88

Hello sir, 1. online in forums and comments. 2. T870A

    3. Our website sir, is in our information.

  • @puhuivideo I want to purchase the tx 999 but cant find it anywhere except pictures on your website. has it been released yet and if so where can I purchase?

  • @100530872

That machine is now online in any dragon group china store.

  • Could you tell me, What need I of materials to reballing?

I have 870a machine, but I need know the name of materials for example , what is the name of the mark of flux, what i need each things?

  • @marcoantoniotv Flux gel is 559-asm, cream is 559-asm , stencils or nets are DGC, reballing station is DGC, and other companents.

  • are any of these machines compatible with software programs?

  • @100530872 Not, not any PT is compatible with pc.

  • I also got one by my sponsors for free they got it from puhui and I was amazed how easy it is to use, god damn this video makes it long and hard where its much much easier, I still can't beleive how the hell this machine can do the job so perfect everytime. well done puhui and it turns out cheaper .

  • Well, You seem to be very professional and with experience sir, tutorials have to be made, not only for the professional but also for the beginner , which means, explanations and descriptions have to be elaborated.

    Thanks so much

  • Can I come to china and learn it better, I'll pay you puhui? my problem is when i put balls on the chip I always miss 5 to 10 balls that dont

stick or dont go well on the exact place so i repeat again and again same issue...

  • Yes sir, anyone is welcome to China with more than pleasure. That issue can be either too less or too much flux in those areas, either you are flooding the area or is too dry. Like the skin the flux on top of the chip has to be as even as possible. Can be absence of enough even heat in the area too, but I go for the flux, but each case can be different. You can talk to Operations to make a visit to China.

    Thanks

  • yes I found a good friend now in uk who will help me with this issue, we're going to work together and become the best uk's reballers, we're waiting for the new machine for you to release it with the laser pointer but we'd love you to make us the laser pointer for t870-a to add it. when we become popular we will buy more machines from you. thank u v much

  • The T870A do not have laser pointer at the moment and is not possible, because the T870A has a full bulb on top, the TX-999DM has 2 IR tubes and the pointer in the middle, so for space is not possible to adapt in the T870A, only for TX-999DM

    Thanks

  • i have bought 1 of these from bluedragonchina on ebay and have successfully reballed a xbox360 with it, its a very good machine for the money, it does the job and it does not cost 1000's

  • Yes, it does the job, thanks so much, keep up the good work.

  • hello , i have one of these machines and had no luck in either removing or refitting xbox chips ,i keep lifting the tracks , there is little in the way of any help , it looks easy on the videos but its not , any help from anyone would be great.......help please

  • I got the machine and I removed the chips the very same day . removing and putting back is the fun and easy part, right now I have trouble with reballing because in the end I miss about 4 to 5 balls what you must do it this

    1) preheat at 140 and leave the board to heat for 5 minutes on 140

    2) apply the infra red at 250 on the chip for about 40 seconds then just push it or use a pump to suck it and it comes off easy all the time. putting back is the same reverse

  • @reply4reply You must be careful how much flux you apply in the reballing part, and you should use a squeeze pen or soldering tip to make sure all balls are in place, then do a heat spiral on the chip making sure all the areas are covered, and you are ready to go.

  • @dnurney That losing pads is not because of t he machines, is a defect on Xbox that many people encounter.

  • when is Xt999 coming i was about to buy the ahci 3000 but if xt999is better for consoles i will get that ` is xt999 irda or dark infer red ?

  • Ir our website in the news of October is the video of the TX-999DM , and also the TX-999OD will be ready soon, please check puhuit for the news of october.

  • You can check them also in break video in the channel dgctv, as for us in china only can work in break video now. so all new videos are there.

  • Not Idea, that has been hold it, due to company internal planning.

  • Is IRDA , not dark.

  • Ok, there is a big confusion about the machines. T-862++ in the limit of the machine ( without lense, 50mm up and 270 - 300 temp ) and foil around the chip fix the GPU which is bigger on the Xbox, why the T-862++ because many customers wrote before they did not want to invest 1000 in the T-870A and they proved the T-862++ could do the job.

  • But if you want to do a comfortable job, the T870 provides full coverage for the GPU, still a little big for ram chip, or smaller chips in the case people also do mini laptops or mobile phones or cams, need a lot of insulation tape.

Right now we are in T-20 days for the relase of the XT-999, just thinking about the console repair guys, we are doing this. please visit our website news for pictures and updates.

    Thanks

  • Is it possible to do reballing on a xbox 360 with this Infrared IRDA T870A Station?

    Great Video.

  • You do take out the chip on the machine, and do the reflow, el reballing is done with the reballing station + stencils or the nets + this machine , then put back with the machine, the ideal machine for the job is this one yes.

  • This is the one for the job right now until the TX-999 is ready.
