ive watch kai's el fuerte and he really improved his game this year. ive seen his running stop fierce at AI and let me tell you he hardly messes up. as for this video , he had full meters, he should of taken advantage of ex run into a grab.

I know man he needs a close combat attack...he has a great anti air and great mind games but once an opponent is too close its over most of the time mostly cuz either you have to run or jump to attack but what if you dont have the space...its so difficult unlike Ken or Ryu that have the shoryuken which is effective in a situation like that...come on CAPCOM give El Fuerte some love please!!! make him at least a little stronger and more endurance driven!!!
