@661niggaplz661 Even though I've never shot a real AR I would also think it has something to do with the length of the barrel/railsystem you have on there and the length of your arms, even though it may be more effective I would think it's "useless" if it's not comfortable for you.

I can tell you now that we need to support and fund these men and women a lot more than we do. I am a soldier and have seen first hand the support we receive. I wish they would get at least close to what we do. After all, they risk their lives to protect our nations people too.

Its all ways funny as fuck to me. That all cops think there some kind a of elite combat unit, dress & gear up like some kinda of combat unit. There is no need for most of this gear they have on in a city area. Today's U.S. police are becoming today's military & today's military are becoming world police.

@CyberSoldierD19 A majority of cops don't do this. But SWAT teams are necessary because you can't exactly throw the national guard at everything that patrolmen can't handle. Can you imagine using the military to do drug busts for a large city? It'd be insanity.

In the 80s the 1-first 18th cav, 11B 40th I.D. was used by the F.B.I to provide over watch on an LZ that plains where using to smuggling in drugs over the border. Cops are not facing a North Hollywood shoot out every day of there lives. There is no need for them to have military grade gear. There polices officers. Not soldiers.

Yeah it was the last round but he was able to feel that the bolt stayed retracted and did the sidearm switch. You can feel it when it happens, on mine I can hear it too 'cuz the 'boing' sound is cut short on the last round...

That casing would have fallen out the well with the mag most likely.

This guy is The Shizzam and a joy to watch in training. I would love to train with his group some day.

Been a while since any comments, but I'll answer from what I've read. The Magpul Dynamics guys do not teach advanced tactics in the Carbine and Pistol classes. They DO teach tactics in their LEO/MIL only classes. That is the difference.

SWAT isn't a single agency like the FBI or the DEA, it's a part of the local police, and therefore they have very different and individual training.

They usually just go to the nearest school and get lesson on their range.

Also, it isn't gimmicky, simply another (I think, better) way of doing what we have always done. Techniques change constantly, and now a days there is heavy influence from the competition world into the "tactical" world. Watch the Art of the Tactical Carbine 1 & 2,

@nightforce308 There are dummy training rounds that induce stoppage. We use them on transition drills all the time. You load your buddy's mag with 2 or 3 of them in different spots so he doesn't know where they will be, then you get some what realistic transition to side arm training. It's really all about developing the muscle memory of my main misfired, transition.
