I have read quiet a few batman stories and the two I hate the most are the Dark Knight Returns and Dark Knight Strikes Again. I just do not see why people like them so much

Can you give me a more detailed description of The Killing Joke? Its the one where he cripples Batgirl right?

@AngelofHeartbreak22 Indeed. It gives us a background for the Joker, in essence.

It explains to us that a bad day can easily drive you mad if you can't handle that much.

@deadling13 Thank you. I would put Hush around 7 or 8...I know it's good but there's too much going on. It's too distracting and you lose the story from time to time.

Oh my gosh! I still haven't read the Dakr Knight Returns and it's number 1! I HAVE to readi it!!!

I mainly like Joker related stories so your top 5 list was very agreeable :]

I probably liked it a little bit more than the Killing Joke. While Moore´s novel is simpathetic and a reflexion over Joker´s past (which in my opinion, there is no valid reason for it) and it weakens the character, The Man Who Laughs re-tells Batman first encounter with the Joker.

They didn't allow you to use the original soundtrack, didn't they? Same thing happened to me. I put a Top 10 list up around new year and came close to 1000 views and than, youtube deleted it cuz of terms of copyright.

@Ikarosus It would be my number 7 or 8, i`m not so fond over Loeb`s writing.

But i cpnsider it his best work so far.
